Changed your mind? No problem! The product in its original packaging may be returned for an exchange or refund.
All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled via E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund (including shipping). Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before receipt of shipping notice for full refund.
Items ordered through our website may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) or exchange up to 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified via email that the item has been received. The customer will also be informed of whether a refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing of refunds. If the refunded amount is still not received after being issued, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
All orders that are undeliverable/returned to sender (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded within 5 business days minus shipping fee & 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. For exchanges, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and mail the item to address provided when you contact us
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and if the item was shipped directly to the gift recipient, for all returns being made by the recipient, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased and it was gifted later, for all returns being made by the gift recipient, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser per our return policy above. Please note that the purchaser will be aware of the returned gift.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs and state taxes are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from all refunds.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance of orders over $75 as we don’t guarantee receipt of the returned item.
